TRA's Regional Arts Wrap (RAW) is a free on line email bulletin that is sent out  on the first Friday of the month.

The best way to ensure that you are subscribed is to enter your email details on the TRA website front page. This automatically registers you on our RAW email database.

In 2011, TRA introduced a template to assist the uploading of content to the newsletter. Download the MSWord template here.

Tips for providing content for RAW

1. Email newsletters should be clear and concise - using the template will help you to get all of your key information across quickly and effectively. Contact us if you have a longer story or article that you would like published.
2. Please include all relevant information about your event or activity - the location, dates, times, costs; any specific requirements; contact details for key people.
3. Give us and yourself plenty of time - if your event is on early in the month please send us the information the month before to give your event or activity a decent plug.
4. We can upload images but check to see if your image will work in the small format that we use in the RAW newsletter before you send it in. We prefer JPEG or PDF images for ease of formatting thanks.

Our Editorial Policy

1. TRA cannot run all content that comes to us - we reserve the right to select specific stories based on interest to our readers and available space.
2. TRA will take contributions that do not follow our template depending on availability of staff.
3. Any material provide on the day of publication may not be uploaded.
4. Due to file sizes and our on line template, not all images provided may be used.
5. Any material that is deemed to be offensive or inapproipriate will not be uploaded.
6. TRA provides the content in RAW for the purpose of informing our readership of available opportunities. While we check the relevance of submissions, we do not and can not vouch for the quality or relevance of all materials provided to us. Any concerns about any event or activity promoted via RAW need to be taken up with the event/activity organiser directly.
